It's fixed... kinda!

See our poor garage door... Just for the record, No we didn't drive into it and NO it was not Jessica's fault!!

Come to find out, Brian installed the garage door opener wrong, so for those of you out there that want to do it yourself. We now advise you not to! Just pay the extra money to get a professional to do it!! We had to learn the hard way, so let us save you the trouble and the money to fix it! Because of course the home builder won't pay for it because we didn't have them install it so we voided our warranty! Of course! But it just made us have a greater testimony of tithing! The man from the garage door company said that it should have broke after 3 days or 3 weeks
MAX! And it lasted 4 1/2 months! We don't have a house payment right now because we just re-financed, so Heavenly Father allowed it to work until he knew we'd be okay to afford to fix it! I love the gospel! It is wonderful!

So we just got it fixed today after 3 weeks of parking outside! Only now we have to re-paint the 3 panels they replaced. So for now we have the coolest garage door on the street! Or if you want to look at it like my Mom, it'll be really easy to give directions to our house until it's painted!! Ha Ha!

What a weekend!

We had a great weekend! We drove up to Pinetop to visit with Jeremiah, Heidi, and Bode. It was a lot of fun! Brian and Jeremiah went golfing in the morning while Heidi and I went craft shopping! Then we met the guys at the car show, that was so cool! There were like 500 cars from all over there! It was cool!!
Maci loved the "weeds" in Jeremiah's yard, we all call them Dandylions, but Maci calls them "blowers". We of course had to take pictures! She was in heaven with all those "blowers"!

She also loved their swing in the front yard! I can't wait until we get one for our backyard! I have so many great memories swinging on my Great Gram's when I was little while she sang the "up to the wild blue yonder" song! I just loved that!!

Then we went over to Brian's parents for his Dad's birthday party... that was fun! How old are you anyway Paul???? j/k Hopefully we have a not so busy week! The missionaries and Davis's are coming over for dinner tonight! I bought Tamales while we were in Pinetop so that's what we're having for dinner tonight! Yum Yum!

She was born on August 24th she weighed 8 lbs 1oz! Jordan just loves her so much! Both Mom and baby are doing great!

Brian and I think she looks a lot like Kevin (her dad)! Hopefully we will get to meet her soon. It'll have to be them coming to the states because we can't afford to go to Hawaii!

We all miss Jordan so much! She was like Maci's sister! But they love being back at home so as long as their happy!

We miss you guys!!

Best Buddies!!!

Isn't this just the cutest picture?!? I bought Kernan one of those books "Who loves baby?" , the one where you put pictures in it and they flip through. This is the picture I took to put in the slot for Maci Rusty and Bruno! I love it! The best thing is, Maci and Rusty are just the best of friends! That dog lets Maci do ANYTHING to him! And he plays so well with her that this picture is just so fitting! Bruno on the other hand is good with her but just doesn't play with her like Rusty does! I can't wait to get the other pictures so I can fill up the book! I'm going to do Mom and Dad, Maci and the dogs, my parents and my siblings and then Brians parents and Brians siblings! My mom did one for Jaxin and Stockton when they were little and I loved it! So I'm way excited to do one for Kernan!

Our Cheerleader!

Maci is LOVING cheer class! We just started last week! I have to tell you this funny story! About a month ago we were all sitting on the couch watching the World Cup, and I asked her if she was going to play soccer and she looked at me and said, "Mom, girlfriends don't play soccer!" and I said "Yeah they do." and she said "No mom, they don't". So I asked her if she was going to play basketball and she said (very seriously) "Mom, girlfriends don't play basketball." and I told her "Yeah, mommy played basketball when she was a little girl." and she looked at me like I was so weird and said "Girlfriends don't play basketball" so I asked "Fine than what do girls do?" and she said (again very seriously) "WE CHEER!" She is so gosh darn cute!! I just love her and her comments she has! So here are some pictures of our cheerleader:

This is her in action! Her teacher is someone that Brian and I went to highschool with!

This is her doing a cart wheel, we need to work on those, but she is GREAT at summer salts!

I can't wait to scrap these pictures!!!

On other news, her and her daddy are on the father daughter's campout with the ward, so it's just me and Kernan tonight.... that should be weird! I've always been the one to go and leave Brian all alone at the house. Hopefully I'll get some scrapbooking done!! Ha Ha!

Just to ramble....

We just moved into our new home, in April! We love it! We moved in 5 days before I had Kernan! It was all painted and ready for him to come home to! Thanks to all the help I got from Mom, Dad, Kolby, Jason Davis, Paul, Lisa, and Christtina! I couldn't have done it with out all of them!
Kernan was born on April 17, 2006 he weighed 6lbs 5 oz and is the best baby ever! Everyone says I'm spoiled but I tell them that I deserve him! I waited for a long time to have a baby!! He's here and we are all in love! How could you not be look at him!! He is the best!
So about 3 weeks after we moved in, the house across the street became available! So we called Jason and Nataile, for those of you who don't know them let me take a moment to introduce them! Brian and Jason have been friends since they were nine! We were both high school sweet hearts and now have baby boys that are two weeks apart. (Kolsen was born on Broc's anniversary, April 30th! Cool huh!) Anyway, we called them and to sum it up, they now live across the street! It's so fun!! Then the kicker in it, Natalie and I just found out a couple of weeks ago that we are like 4th cousins! Crazy! We've gone on through high school, marriage, pregnancy, our boys, and living across the street and now we're related! CRAZINESS!!!!

Here's a picture of our two boys! They were also blessed on the same day! Fun stuff!!

This is a picture of us on the boys blessing day, Jeremiah and Heidi with Bode who is a month older than Kernan (Jeremiah went to high school with us) The only one out of us that is missing is Brandon and Brooke, with Kamden who is a few day's older than Kernan. They live in S. Carolina and will be here for Thanksgiving, I'm excited to take pictures of our four kids and the four dad's who have been friends for so long and now have kids the same age!!

Maci is in preschool with Ms. Tracy, she loves it! It's nice to have those couple of hours with just Kernan! I can run errands and only worry about one kid! She's such a goofball, and has the cutest comments! She started cheer class last week and is so cute! I'll post pictures later!! That is also what she wants to be for Halloween, which means I have to make it, I've never sewn with a pattern before so it should be interesting!! Keep ya posted on that too!!

So anyway, I have to go get her ready for cheer ... Fun stuff!

My Kids!

My life wouldn't be the same without these two in it! They make me laugh, go crazy, and fall in love everyday!
This picture was taken on Maci's first day of Preschool, she thought she was pretty big because Mom was letting her hold her brother! He loves his sister so much! Last night we were in tucking Maci into bed, and trying to say prayers but Kernan just wouldn't stop laughing at Maci. It was so cute, I was laughing so hard I was crying! It's amazing how much joy children bring into our lives!

A New Blogger!

Okay this is my first time "blogging" I'm a little nervous because of all the bad things I've heard about myspace. Hopefully this will be okay! I tried out, myfamily but I wasn't too impressed. So here is my next attempt! I just want to keep intouch with my friends and family from out of town and even the ones here in the valley!
