Riding out at 3 Peaks...

Yesterday we went out and rode the quad and bikes just west of town at 3 Peaks...

Photobucket

Maci has learned to drive the quad all by herself!! We put it in 2nd gear and these two just ride all over!
Photobucket

Here is Ethan on his bike...
Photobucket

And the Daredevil Noah...
Isn't he cute?!
I know I've said this before but he is awesome on his bike!! Since we went out last summer he has taken the training wheels off his bike and still is just awesome!!
Photobucket

My Uncle brought a ramp this time and had Noah jump over it..
Here are some action shots!
He even caught air, you can see it on the bottom picture!
Photobucket

Kernan liked the sand... He was playing in it and got filthy!! Even his marshmallows were brown! Nasty!
Photobucket

Look out!! Bang bang!
Photobucket

We are loving living here!! We've gone out and done fun stuff right around town every weekend since we've been here!! It's been so fun!!

Sand Hallow and Randomness...

I've been meaning to post for a few days and since I haven't I'm behind so this is a "jambled" post and update! :)
With of course... Lots of pictures!

Daddy and Kernan LOVE olives! But Kernan will only eat them if they are on all his fingers! So this is how he walks around!

On Wednesday Daddy decided it was about time Maci learn to tie her shoes!
Good idea seeing as were going to be wearing shoes with laces a lot more often! Although I joke I will probably still be in flip flops even in the snow! ;)
Photobucket

She got it right away!! Why hadn't we done this sooner?!?
Photobucket

Here she is on Friday getting dressed for her field trip she had at school.
She tied and double knotted both her shoes!!
Photobucket
Please excuse the wild hair, we hadn't done it yet!

Photobucket

The finished result!
Way to go Maci!!
Photobucket

I told you this was going to be random!!

Last night we were all watching Nim's Island. Kernan was sitting in my lap and I could tell was getting sleepy! I was just waiting for him to be asleep in my arms, when all the sudden he got down and walked down the hall. I waited a few minutes thinking he was coming back with his binki or something. When I went to check on him he was sound asleep in his bed! Light on in the room, no music or binki! (They go to sleep with music and YES he still has his bink!)
Photobucket

I love this picture! He grabbed Broc's giraffe when he walked back to his room and is sound asleep on it!
I always wonder if he knows Broc or if there is a part of Broc in him... So that makes this picture super special to me!
Photobucket

OK, last bit.
Today we loaded up our boat for our last "hoo-rah" and headed down to Sand Hallow in Hurricane...

Brian took this picture of his boat!
Photobucket

I was enjoying the ski... It was so pretty today!
Photobucket

The beaches are all red sand so we can take the boat right up to the beach and play!
Photobucket

Goofy Girl!!
Photobucket

A Daddy and his Buddy
Photobucket

Although his Buddy didn't like the feeling of sand inbetween his toes!! :)
Photobucket

Maci was collecting snail shells
Photobucket

I was trying to take a picture of my HOT husband... But he wasn't having it!!
Like his Monster?!
Photobucket

This will do!! Love my Handsome!!
Photobucket

Maci swimming... The water was a bit cold, can you tell?!
Photobucket

Photobucket

Alright enough rambling for tonight! I promise I'll get better at posting! I've been working on buisness stuff! Brian has started his own window tinting buisness so I've made flyers and buisness cards for both him and I! I'll share those when I get a chance!
Hope you all are enjoying your weekend and have a wonderful Sabbath Day!!

Kid's Pond...

Last night we went up the mountain about 20 minutes to Kid's Pond.

Photobucket
I took a lot of pictures!! :)

For the record... The only ones who didn't have sweatshirts were the former Arizonians! :)
Photobucket

The older kids were only into the fishing part when there was actually a fish attached to the other end of the line!! If there wasn't a fish they were off exploring!
Matt and Noah... Waiting for a bite.
Photobucket

Ethan reeling one in!
Photobucket

Now, Kernan was SO into "shishing" or fishing as we all call it...
We're going to go back up there with our video camera so I can capture his excitement and him saying "shishing" and "shish" over and over! I tried to capture his love with my camera but you just have to hear it!!
Here he is helping Daddy
We would throw it out there and he would reel it in...
Photobucket

He gets the tongue thing from his Dad!!
Photobucket

Both their faces here are priceless!!
There is a fish on the end of the line!!! Kernan was so excited he caught one!!
Photobucket

Photobucket

But out of the water he didn't want to touch it... He kinda has a look of disgust! :)
Photobucket

Then we took one of the poles no one was using and let him just play with it...
Photobucket

Photobucket

Photobucket

For the record... His Dad put his shoes on him! :D
Photobucket

He's saying
"I caught a SHISH!"
Photobucket

Photobucket

Where SHISH go?!
Photobucket

My Uncle...
Photobucket

My Aunt Rachel...
She won for most fish caught!! Go girl!!
Photobucket

I even caught a couple!!
Photobucket

The poor worms, who sacrificed their little lives for our enjoyment! Poor guys!
Photobucket

Oh ya, Maci was there too! She just didn't have a desire to touch a reel or fish! :)
Photobucket

Thanks to my Grandpa for being the offical "fish taker off the hook" when we would catch them! Otherwise we would have had a lot of dead fish! ;) Love you!

Amazing Jake's

is so much fun!!
The weekend before we moved my family from Utah was down because my brother was ordained an Elder for our Church! So we all went out to Amazing Jake's in Mesa for some fun! We had never been there and it was definitely a lot of fun!

We took Maci's bestest friend Chase with us for one last "play date"... These two are two peas in a pod! A lot of people think their sisters because they look so much alike and they just LOVE that!
Photobucket

The first place Kernan wanted to go to was the CHOO CHOO TRAIN!
Don't the girls look excited?!
Photobucket

He rode it over and over even if he was all by himself, as you can tell he wasn't to worried about that!
Photobucket

Next it was onto the Carousel!
Photobucket

HI!
Photobucket

Then the bigger kids got on the "Frog Hopper"
It takes you up a ways and then slowly drops you...
Photobucket

Photobucket

Kernan wanted on there SO bad but was a few inches to short! It was the saddest thing! He would get all excited when the exit gate would open thinking it was his turn and then when the guy would close it he would just cry!!
Photobucket

Kernan and his bestest buddie! Uncle Kolby!
Photobucket

So Chase and Maci got on the "Chocolate Cups"
Photobucket

Before it started spinning...
Photobucket

They were spinning themselves SO fast!!
Photobucket

Photobucket

It really wore Chase out! We headed to the All-You-Can-Eat Buffet after that and she just crashed! It was so cute!
Photobucket

The last thing we did before we left was go bowling!
Maci thinks she is so good because of how well she does on the Wii
It's not quite that easy! :)
Photobucket

Good form Babe! :)
Photobucket

I thought my brother's hat looked so cool in the blacklight so I snapped a picture!
Photobucket

Final Score: Brian won! Chase was actually beating us all for about 6 frames!
Photobucket

That was a quick sum of the fun we had! It was nice to take a break from packing and getting ready to load up and go and spend time with our family!

More updates to come... Lake trips!!
