Happy Birthday to the LOVE of my Life!!!

Today my hubby is 25! Half way to 50! And a quarter of a century! :)

He is the best spouse! He works so hard for our family and provides so well! He keeps me grounded and strong! I'm so thankful for him! He always keeps me falling in love with him! On Saturday he put the subs back in the suburban so that the stereo would sound good again (his words) and he called me out to the garage to hear it. He had "our song" playing, he is so sweet! He also keeps me laughing with his GREAT sense of humor!!

And his is the BEST daddy!

I'm so thankful to have him! And thankful for the family we have here on earth and the family we will have when we get to heaven! Broc is looking down on us and I'm sure is so thankful Heavenly Father gave him Brian as his Daddy!

I could go on and on about my hubby but I won't bore all of you!
Happy Birthday Handsome! We Love You!

Crazy Busy Weekend!

Where do I even begin?? Our entire week was a bit of a blur! Brian had several side jobs, as did I! My weekend started on Thursday, JoAnna and Aaron went up to Utah for another ski trip so we watched their girls for them again! And on Thursday afternoon I had the pleasure of taking Maternity pictures for my good friend Shawna! She is being induced on Thursday (Brian's Birthday) and hopefully Baby Jade will make her grand entrance smoothly and fast! ;)
Then on Saturday I had 2 photo shoots and Shawna's shower, plus Brian had 3 side jobs and we had 4 kids!! Talk about busy day!
Here is a picture from my first shoot.... Meet Baby Keegan. Jenny, his Mom, works for my Dad at his office and she just had little Keegan on Feb. 12th!
To see more of the maternity pictures and Keegan's pictures visit my
photography blog!

Then it was off to Shawna's shower... She got lots of PINK stuff! So cute!

Then here is a sneak peak for Liz and her family of their photo shoot. I still haven't finished editing them all but I'm working on it! ;) It was Liz's birthday on Saturday and this is what she wanted, afterwards they headed to the Cheesecake Factory for dinner!
Happy Birthday Liz!

Here are the three pretty girls before church yesterday, we meet at 8am now and we were a little worried about getting 4 kids ready and 3 of them being girls! :) But we were actually one of the first people there!!
Don't they look pretty?!

Then yesterday afternoon Brian's entire family got together to take family pictures. I'd say it was WAY over due considering that the last official family picture that they have is when my sister in law Emilee was a baby and she's now 9! We got a lot of cute ones... I have 270+ pictures to go through so here is a sneak peek of us! Thanks to JoAnna for snapping the pictures of all of us!
I did a vintage acid wash on this.. What do you all think??

More pictures to come! Hope you all have a great week!

Not Much...

So there hasn't been a lot going on in the Mandile home lately!!
This week Maci has had a fever and headache so she has been laying low since Monday. Her brother is always very concerned with how she is and what's wrong with her! As long as she is on the couch he is right next to her!!

Here he is expressing the point that I take his picture way to much! hahaha!! He'll fix me and just put the cap on the lens while I'm trying to get his picture! :)

This is just to cute!! Yesterday Brian was out cutting wood for a project with his cub scouts and of course his little shadow had to be right there too! But Daddy made sure he was safe..

Kernan had his very own pair of goggles to wear! When I walked out into the garage I just had to run back in and grab my camera!!

I love how they are pulling on the bottom of his eye and so he has a droopy eye! So cute!!

That's it for now! Hope everyone is having a good week so far!!

Happy Valentine's Day!

Where have I been?!? It's been awhile since I've blogged! Not a lot of exciting things going! Today is Valentine's Day! Maci is so excited to go pass out cards and get candy!
Here is her Valentine card this year.. I made one instead of buying the dumb paper ones, and she liked these! I only have a couple of years where she isn't SO opinionated on these things!

And I also made one for Kernan...
Family you will be getting these in the mail just look for them in a couple of days... Sorry I was late!! ;) Hope you all have a wonderful day with those you LOVE!!
HAPPY VALENTINE'S DAY!!

Hannah Montana 3D Movie

Yesterday afternoon JoAnna and I took our girls to see the Hannah Montana 3-D Movie! I was SO excited! I love Hannah Montana and Miley her show is so cute and she is such a good girl (I hope she stays that way!)
I bought the girls matching shirts and we got them out of school early! It was cute, I liked the backstage moments they showed on the movie and that I paid $15 for a up close "seat" of her concert!

Tatum took this picture for us... She's a photographer in the making! :)

Our sweet 3-D glasses!

The girls look much cuter in them then we do!!

Have a good Saturday! Tomorrow Glendale will be the center of the world for the Super Bowl, it's kinda weird to think but exciting too! Brian is going to the NFL Experience later today, they are crazy! It's going to be so busy!! Enjoy the Super Bowl, I can't wait for the commercials, that's all I care about anyway!! haha

Our Beloved Prophet...

OK, so first off... Last nights episode of LOST was so good! How I love that show!!

So with the passing of President Hinckley there has been a lot of quotes and videos and thoughts I've read about him. He truly touched so many places and people! His funeral is tomorrow at 11mst and it will be broadcasted by satellite to 6,ooo Stake Centers and in 69 different languages! Talk about a man who has touched people ALL over the world! It will also be broadcasted on the BYU channel on digital cable, for those of you who don't have it or want someone to watch it with you are MORE then welcome to come over here!
Here is a video that really touched me and had me in tears!

Also, when Maci woke up on Monday I had to tell her the news, her response is so sweet! She came and got in bed with me and I rolled over and told her that last night after she went to bed we found out that President Hinckley had died. And she looked at me and said, "So does that mean that when we don't have church and we watch it on TV that he isn't going to be on TV?" and I said, "Ya honey that is what that means." and she got really sad and said "But I'm going to miss him SO much!" I then explained that he loved his wife more then any man I've ever seen and known and he is now with her again and she said "Well that is good Mom but I'm still going to miss him!" Oh I love kids! I love that I've taught her to love our prophets and follow them!
Another quote that I hadn't heard but gives me goose bumps every time I read it is,

You were generals in the War in Heaven and one day when you are in the spirit world, you will be enthralled by those you are associated with. You will ask someone in which time period they lived and you might hear, 'I was with Moses when he parted the Red Sea,' or 'I helped build the pyramids,' or 'I fought with Captain Moroni.' And as you are standing there in amazement, someone will turn to you and ask you which of the prophets' time did you live in? And when you say 'Gordon B. Hinckley' a hush will fall over every hall and corridor in Heaven, and all in attendance will bow at your presence. You were held back six thousand years because you were the most talented, most obedient, most courageous, and most righteous.
Elder Boyd K. Packer

I know this has been on a few other peoples blog but I love it so much!! I wanted to put it in my journal! I hope you all have good weekend and again if anyone wants to watch President Hinckley's funeral over here please do! Happy Friday!
