Last night we went up the mountain about 20 minutes to Kid's Pond.
I took a lot of pictures!! :)
For the record... The only ones who didn't have sweatshirts were the former Arizonians! :)
The older kids were only into the fishing part when there was actually a fish attached to the other end of the line!! If there wasn't a fish they were off exploring!
Matt and Noah... Waiting for a bite.
Ethan reeling one in!
Now, Kernan was SO into "shishing" or fishing as we all call it...
We're going to go back up there with our video camera so I can capture his excitement and him saying "shishing" and "shish" over and over! I tried to capture his love with my camera but you just have to hear it!!
Here he is helping Daddy
We would throw it out there and he would reel it in...
He gets the tongue thing from his Dad!!
Both their faces here are priceless!!
There is a fish on the end of the line!!! Kernan was so excited he caught one!!
But out of the water he didn't want to touch it... He kinda has a look of disgust! :)
Then we took one of the poles no one was using and let him just play with it...
For the record... His Dad put his shoes on him! :D
He's saying
"I caught a SHISH!"
Where SHISH go?!
My Uncle...
My Aunt Rachel...
She won for most fish caught!! Go girl!!
I even caught a couple!!
The poor worms, who sacrificed their little lives for our enjoyment! Poor guys!
Oh ya, Maci was there too! She just didn't have a desire to touch a reel or fish! :)
Thanks to my Grandpa for being the offical "fish taker off the hook" when we would catch them! Otherwise we would have had a lot of dead fish! ;) Love you!

Glad you finally got the internet. It looks like you guys are having fun! Kade saw the pictures and now he wants to go fishing!
Looks like fun! Marissa loves to fish. She has a barbie fishing pole, maybe maci would get into it if she had a girly pole.
Maci is my kinda girl! Lets go shopping the next time they fish!
Love the pictures. It looked like a blast. I agree with Kernan and Maci. Fish out of water are just yucky......
Miss Ya, Love Ya, Mom (Nonna)
I love the pictures. The ones of Kernan were too cute. You really did get some good shots out there. I agree with Maci though, fish are yucky!
Love the pics! Can't wait to go with you guys!!! Try my blog again Jessica, it should work this time.
Kernan and his daddy are so cute together. I am going to make it out there!! In two years we "might" go on a cross country road trip so if we do!!! we're going to have to stop at your house.
I love the picture of Kernan and Brian smiling at the fish. Priceless!!! I am jealous, that looks like so much fun!
