Kernan's Birthday!

Kernan had a fun day yesterday! I think he was enjoying all the fuss over him! Like he doesn't get enough of that even when it's not his birthday! ;)
I took pictures of what we did all day... There are a lot but it'll be fun to look back on them as the years go by... to fast I might add!!

The night before Brian and I decorated the front room, it was all ready for the Birthday Boy!


Then on Daddy's way home from playing basketball, he stopped and got us all doughnuts for breakfast!


Then it was off to Sissy's school for the class to sing him "Happy Birhday"...
Here was his reaction... At least he didn't yell "STOP" to them like he did to us at breakfast! :D

He just wanted to play with the toys in Sissy's class...


Once he did that for a minute he was ready for them to sing to him again!
He came up to me and said, "Mom, Sissy sing me again?"
So her teacher obliged and he got sung to again, this time he was into it!


Then he and I headed home to make him a cake!
He helped...

Once it was in the oven he paused for a
HUG...


... and KISS from blanky. He is a TOTAL blanket boy!


Then the "other" Grandma came up to go to lunch with us... He got to open her gift!


We went to Jon's!! Yum..


Kernan opted for a Hot Dog with Chocolate Milk...


Then we came home so the Birthday Boy could have his nap...
While he slept I decorated his cake! Now, I'm no professional but I was pretty happy with how this turned out!


For dinner Matt, Rachel, Ethan and Noah came over for pizza and cake!
Plus Kernan got to open all his presents!


From Momma and Daddy he got a motorcycle outfit like Daddy's!


And we finally got our electric dirtbike to work so we brought that out for him!


Then it was cake time...
But he paused to talk to Poppy and Nonna on the phone...
Poppy and him talked about trains, what else?!


Then we all sang "Happy Birthday" to him, by now he was loving it!


Enjoying some yummy cake he and I made!


Then Noah wanted Ice Cream because we didn't have any at our house (opps!) so we headed to Arctic Circle for some ice cream...


So I'd say it's safe to say he had a GOOD day!! Thanks for all the wishes here and on Facebook and for the phone calls! He is defiantly a loved boy!
