So our vaction was JAM packed!! We had such a great time! These are the pictures from our events on just the first day! There are a lot!! I don't know how to take just a few pictures! hehe So enjoy!
We woke up and headed to the Alpine Slide, it's a slide you ride down on like a sled looking thing, they do it during the summer.
Look closely in this picture and you'll see Maci and Brian in one of the lift chairs waving at me!
Kernan loved riding on the lift! He kept saying We go HIGH HIGH HIGH!! And he loved all the "pretty flowers" on the ride up, especially the "lellow" ones!
Momma and her boy!
Waiting on the slide for our ride!
Jaxin
Stockton
Michayla
Maci...
Ever wonder where she gets her cheesy grin from?!
See pic below
Yep!! From her DAD!!
Kernan was so excited!! The faster we went the more he loved it!! On our second ride down he went with his Dad, he loved how fast they went!! Both times when we got to the bottom he'd get off and instantly say "GO AGAIN"! He's to cute!
My Grandpa Peterson :)
After the slide, Jaxin and I went on a horseback ride. I had never ridden a horse! It was fun, but I wish we could have gotten to go fast for a little bit! It was slow... But I can now say I've ridden a horse!
Later that afternoon we went to the Jackson Hole Lodge and rode the tram up the mountain...
The fam, except for Mom and I who were taking pictures.
Here's the tram, we rode it up to 10,000 ft! We were high!
My favorite mountain range... The Tetons! I have lots of pretty pictures of these mountains coming up in my next blog post!!
I love my parents!! I'm so thankful for everything they do for me and my family, they're great examples and I really look up to them! My kids love them too! I'm so grateful they're my parents and my kids grandparents!
I LOVE YOU GUYS!!
Love this picture!
The kids played in this snow for like 30 minutes! They were loving it!
My Dad's parents... I was so glad they could come with us! I don't think it would have felt the same going to Jackson and Yellowstone without them!!
Here is the kids master piece...
When we got down the kids spotted the bungy jump and they had to do it!
Stockton did 11 flips!!
Maci doesn't seem to sure...
She loved it and did 3 flips!
Jaxin didn't do any flips... But she got pretty high!!
So did Maci, crazy hair!!
Best Friends!
After the lodge it was time for dinner! We went to this place that did dinner and a show... These 5 guys sing all the old cowboy songs that used to be sung out on the range... I guess they travel around the country during the winter but in the summer 2 of the guys own the ranch this place is on and they sing and do the dinner thing 7 nights a week!!
Kernan was in a photogenic mood! He kept telling me "Mom, cheese me!" and then posing..
Here are just a few, he is such a ham!
Grandpa's little buddy...
Busy first day, huh?! It was fun! We ended it with a quick dip in the hot tub at our hotel and then it was off to bed for our busy day the next day!! Those pictures coming soon!

I'm glad that you can squeeze so much fun into your summer break. Before you know it, summer will be over, and the kids will be heading back to school. Travel safely, keep snapping pictures, update your blog ofter, and have a super vacation!
was it the Bar J Wranglers that you guys saw??? if so I'm jealous! We have seen them quite a few times!
That looked like so much fun. I can't believe you've never ridden a horse. If I would have known that I would have hunted someone down years ago!!! I love it. I am currently trying to think of a few people with horses I can weasel my way into riding. I love the cheesy grin, it made me "cheesy" grin. Wow, my sentences are fabulous right now. haha.
Oh ya, the kids looked like they loved the jumping. Super Cool!
I am so jealous! I never got to ride a horse either. It looks like it was a lot of fun! I love the cheezy grin! Maci better never loose it and Kernan is getting more handsome every time I seen him!
