Alright, so I still haven't figured out how I'm going to post ALL these pictures! I'm kinda winging it as I go here... Ü
The "must have" picture from every Disney trip!
We go over to California, not only to go to Mickey's house but we also meet our good friends the Tacderan's! If you don't know, I babysat Jordan from the time she was 11 months old until they moved back to Hawaii when she was 3 1/2! She became just like a daughter to us, and a sister to Maci! When they said they were moving we were so sad to think of them not being with us! Thinking that Maci and Jordan wouldn't grow up together... But they wanted to go home, and we can't blame them for that!! Ü Thankfully of the 4 years since they've moved back to HI we've been able to meet up 3 times at Disneyland!
Seriously, the BEST part of it for me, is watching Maci and Jordan pick up like they've never been apart!! I was curious to see if it'd be the same way this trip, just because it had been 2 years since they had seen each other, and they're older which can make them be a bit shy (I think anyway)...
I had no worries!! They are seriously soul sisters I think!! They get along SO well and just love to be with each other!! And I love watching them!!
Our first ride we rode was the Buzz Lightyear ride!! Kernan loved it!
I was trying to get a picture of us WITH Buzz in the background but Brian missed the memo, and Kernan was to busy checking him out!!
Helping Buzz defeat Zurge...
He had a better score then both the girls!! I love it!!
After Buzz we hit Space Mountain, they added some ghostly effects to the ride that made it scary... I didn't like it! Neither did Maci, which is sad because in years past that's been her 2nd favorite ride!
The kids had to check out the ball...
This is Tehemani, her and Kernan are the same age difference as Maci and Jordan, 4 months! They had a lot of fun together this trip too! Last time we saw them they were just over a year old, so it was fun to watch them play with one another this time around!

We headed over to Autopia, while we were in line the ride broke down... We didn't get back to that one again.
Such a cutie!!
So everyone headed to the Matterhorn I took Kernan back to the Buzz ride...
He loved that ride, might have been his favorite even! Ü
As soon as we got off Buzz, Brian called to tell me that Kernan was tall enough to ride the Matterhorn ride so he and I ran back and got in line with them and rode his first roller coaster!! He was quite through the entire thing so I was worried he wasn't liking it... But when it was over he said it was fun!! ha!
Off to more rides... The tea cups! These were one of my favorites when I was little! Now, I think I'd throw up! No wait, I KNOW I'd throw up!! So I watch from the sidelines! Ü

Oh ya, the Tacderan's also have another addition to their family!! Grandma is holding Payton! He is 10 months old and such a GOOD baby!! It was fun finally getting to meet him!
So after the few "kiddie" rides the girls had to suffer through... We headed to our favorite ride!! Splash Mountain!! I think Maci rode it a total of 8 times in the two days we were @ Disney!! And we finally saw our 1st characters of the day!! Of course Kernan was asleep! But he woke up shortly after so I ran back down with him so he could meet them and get their autographs! I'm going to save all the pictures with the characters from both days in a separate post... Break it up a bit!
The 4 kids in front of Winnie the Pooh's honey pots... I have the cutest picture of Payton checking Tigger out!! It'll be posted with the character post!
I love the detail at the park!! I could just spend one day walking the parks checking out all the details!! I'm sure we miss so many!!
Later that afternoon the Ball family arrived from AZ and met up with us...
We left the park for dinner and headed to Red Robin! They don't have a Red Robin on the island so that is a place the Tacderan's crave!! Kinda like me and Rubio's when I go to AZ!! (which I was able to have for lunch on Thursday while in Cali!!) The kids posing in front of Goofy in the lobby of our Hotel. We stayed at the Paradise Pier, well we stayed there for the last 2 nights of our trip... The first 3 nights we stayed with my Great- Gram (she's 96!) and Aunt Ginna!
After dinner it was back to the park!!
Kernan had told me before we had even left for Disneyland that he wanted Mickey ears! Not only did he want Mickey ears for himself but he also wanted some for "Turtle"! Of course the Build-A-Bear in Downtown Disney had them!! So we bought his ears when we got back so he could wear them for the rest of the day and all day on Friday! Here he is trying on this Goofy hat while we waited for them to sew in his name on his hat... I put it on and he said "Whoa, Mom it heavy!" haha!

The kids waiting in line for, "It's A Small World After All" ( I know... You're singing it now arent' ya?!Ü)
We've all decided that the castle is shrinking... It seems every time we go back, it looks smaller! Or maybe it's just the trees around it are getting bigger?! Either way, it's pretty!! Ü
You know, as I type this, I just realized we didn't see ONE princess!! Oh I might cry!!
The park closed at 9 o'clock that night... Where were we when the park closed?! On Splash Mountain!! Maci rode it 4 times that day!! We closed the park down!!
How do you know it was a successful day at Mickey's house?!
When this is what you look like walking (or riding) out of the park!! We were on our way to get Turtle's Mouse ears but even telling him that he couldn't keep his eyes open any longer!! Ü
So that was Day One of Disneyland (minus the characters we met)! The next day, we spent with my Great- Gram and Aunt. Had Rubio's for lunch and visited the "most beautiful store ever"! Translation: The APPLE Store!! It was a good trip so far, Disneyland, Rubio's and APPLE!!
More tomorrow... What will it be?? Characters or Day Two.... Hmmm...

Thats great that Maci still remembers her friend. It looks like you guys had a wonderful time! I think we are going to to Disney in a couple years..
I love the pictures so far. It looks like so much fun. Maci is a little thrill rider. I can't wait to take the boys, in like 4 years. We figure we might should as well wait till both the boys can participate. Right not, T "is not", getting up, because he's choosing to ROLL across the floor from his bed. Are you serious!!! I'm screwed, he's already finding "loop holes".
I think I need a break!!!! Ok - back to your family. I love the goofy shirt, super cute. It's nice that Kernan has a buddy there too. Maci and Jordan are adorable, I can see them being in each others weddings. I guess I didn't realize till this summer that your a chicken. Bock Bock Bock, I love you anyways.
Ok seriously, where have I been? I didn't even realize you guys were home yet! It looks like you had a ton of fun! I love the beach picture and Kernan is so cute passed out after your long day at Disneyland! I love it there during Halloween. I can't wait till we go around Christmas! Well we missed you guys. Lets go to the pumpkin patch soon!
