My Trip to Denver...

all by myself!
Man, I'm a slacker!!  Since I've been home I've been trying to get caught up on everything, and trying to process all the information that I got while in CO for the NILMDTS seminar!  There was so much information given to us all in such a short amount of time!!
And I can't believe I'm going to say this, mainly because I can't believe I actually did it!!  I took my camera with me, and didn't take ONE picture!!  Is that not cRaZy?!  Me!!  Oh goodness!!
Here is a picture of all of us that attend, as well as the staff, and Sandy Puc' who is the co-founder of the organization...

The only pictures I took were with my phone!  I still can't believe that!
This trip was my first trip to CO ever and I saw something I've never seen...
As I got off the plane I went to use the restroom, as I walked in I saw this sign...
"Tornado Shelter"
What?!  That was a first!! Ü

On Saturday night, I went out with some ladies that I've met through a photography forum...  The girl in the red sweater next to me was at the training with me, we were lucky enough to be able to change up the hotel rooms and become room mates! Ü  The rest of these gals live in the Denver area, and make me want to go visit again!  It was so fun to hang out with all of them and put a voice and face to the reading I've done! Ü  Thanks again girls for a fun "girls night out"!!

The rest of these pictures were taken from my seat on the plane on the way home...  I sat right by the wing, pretty cool looking!  I also loved the mountain range...

So those are the only pictures I took!  Sad!  But it was so worth the trip!  I learned so much about how to spread the word of NILMDTS more in my area!!  And I also got some fun new ideas for my business!  I'm excited to see what comes from that!!

hehehe aren't the tornado signs freaky?? When Craig lived in Denver I flew there every month and the first time I saw those, I was totally freaked out. haha...but then there was a tornado and I understood! That whole airport is sort of crazy looking!

Tornado shelter in Denver?? Ummm--that is interesting! In OK & TX the rest stops along the road/interstate have tornado shelters! Which could really come in handy when you're driving along those roads!
