So it's a New Year, and I'm wondering what you're all calling it. Is it "TWENTY-TEN" or "Two Thousand and Ten" or just "TEN"?! I've been saying I'm gonna call it Twenty-Ten but then I always end up going with two thousand and ten... I'll figure it out around Dec. 31st! Ü
Lately I've been thinking that not only is it a New Year, it's a New Decade!! That's amazing to me... I remember New Year's Eve 1999 like it was yesterday! We had a party at Melissa's house, some of the guys went next door at midnight and turned off the neighbors power, he worked for a hospital and had a bunch of equipment that he had to reboot. He wasn't to happy!! Ü Aww, to be a teenager again...
So with it being a new decade, I wanted to reflect back on what's gone on in the past decade for me. I saw this on someone's blog and wanted to do it too...
Sorry I don't remember who's, I "stalk", as my hubby calls it, a lot of blogs!
~ I turned 16!
~ I got my driver's license! The first place I drove by myself was Taco Bell!!
~ I became pregnant.
~ I got married to my BEST friend and LOVE of my life!
~ I had my beautiful daughter.
~ I graduated high school.
~ We bought our first house.
~ I became pregnant with our 2nd child.
~ I lost a son.
~ I buried a child, never did I think that would be something I'd write about in any of my decades!
~ We bought our second house.
~ I became pregnant with our 3rd child.
~ I had our 2nd little boy, biggest blessing to see our healthy baby boy, crying with his eyes open!
~ Started a blog... started a business.
~ Moved to UTAH, never did I think I'd say that either! Ü
~ Supported my hubby as he started his business.
~ cried, laughed, yelled, slept, worried, loved, stressed, prayed, failed, etc etc etc
And the list goes on and on, it's amazing to reflect on all the changes I've gone through in a decade! And what we remember, and what we don't. I'm excited, scared, nervous, and looking forward to what the next decade has in store for me and my family!! I've got a LIST of things I hope to accomplish, of course it's way to long... But hey, I have 10 years, right?! Ü
So what do you have to reflect on for the last decade?! What's big and exciting that's coming up for you in this decade? I'd love to hear...

love it!! now what are you gonna write about 10 years from now?!! teenagers!!!
That was a cool post. Ten years goes by so fast, yet so dang slow. Crazy how it works.
I loved this post. I was cracking up remembering that New Years party. Has 10 years really gone by? I feel so old! You should be proud of all you've accomplished in the last 10 years. I'm impressed.
A great way to 'reflect' on all that you have gone through...it's crazy how time flies...yet goes slow at the same time.
you have been a busy girl!
Wow--that made me start thinking about the last decade too--I may have to blog about it!
