The Wednesday after we got home from Disneyland Eric's mission call came! We were kinda surprised because he had his interview with the Stake President the night before we left for Disneyland so it was a week later when his call came. All he cared was that he was NOT going stateside! He just wanted to go foreign, we kept teasing him that he was going stateside since it was only a week!
So Wednesday night we went over to his house with the rest of his family to see him open it and find out where he was going to go!

He has been called to serve in the
SLOVENIA/CROATIA
mission!
He'll be speaking Croatian!
To say he was excited, would be a bit of an understatement! Lol!!
I think this face is because he has to report to the MTC on December 29... he was hoping for the end of January so that he could go with us to Disneyland the middle of January when we go, but that's not going to happen...

We went to the Temple with him last week! I love going through with someone for their first time!

what an exciting mission!! my nephew went there - he got back in august of 2009. he LOVED it and would go back in a heartbeat.
what's cool is that it's not a common language for people to have, so he got to help interpret general conference for the croatians.

He is hoping that Disneyland will find his language of benefit when he gets home! Ü But I guess using it at General Conference is good too! lol!

I love Eric's enthusiasm for everything, even if it's not Disney related!! Haha. And my money is on him to go to Disneyland for at least one day before the 29th of December :)
