One thing I don't think I'll ever get tired of doing in Salt Lake City is walking around Temple Square! You always feel the spirit and the church history is so important and interesting, and I know I learn something every time I go!
We started out at the Conference Center for a tour...
This is in the lobby... The picture doesn't really do it justice... It's beautiful!
The Organ, the guys said that most of the pipes to the organ are behind the walls we don't even see them! That is just amazing to me!
How would you like to speak to all these people!? This is looking from the bottom where the pulpit is up... Ya, I'll take my little ward in Sacrament meeting I spoke to on Sunday!! :)
President Gordon B. Hinckley, what an amazing Prophet he was!
The building of the Conference Center was just one of the amazing things he accomplished while on the earth!
The art work hanging around the Conference Center is so neat! All original artwork, some SO old! Just amazing!
The view from the top rows of seats...
The current First Presidency of our church...
We headed up to the roof, I loved the moon in this picture!
The fountain on the roof, it is directly over the pulpit where the speakers speak at all the different events that go on at the Conference Center! President Hinckley had a lot of faith in the builders to allow them to put a water fountain on the roof! :)
This piece of artwork has much more meaning now with my brother out serving on a mission!
My cute kids posing for the camera!! Notice Kernan's shirt?! It's his "My Uncle's the COOLEST Missionary Ever" shirt! He got so many comments on it, still does when he wears it! I just love it!
The top of the Salt Lake City Temple...
This is from the ground, we were walking to the church office building to go up and look down from the roof...
Ok, so I love this picture!!
And I love how this turned out!! It looks even cooler actually printed off too!!
I love when they pose and don't complain!! It's a rare moment, so I have to eat it up!!
Can't wait for the day when I can do a wedding shoot at this temple! This is a spot a bride and groom will stand for sure!! For now, the 3 kids will do! :)
I'm not sure what Kernan was telling us, but his arms were sure telling the story!
He had us cracking up!! It was so cute! He is very animated sometimes!!
Picture from the office building roof... The "U" on the mountain above the University of Utah
The house in this picture with the brown roof, it's huge... It was built in 1902! The couple that built it, ordered in all the plants and had them shipped over seas and such! Amazing considering when it was built!! I mean that's impressive even today!
And if you look really closely at the bottom right of this picture, you'll see where we parked! Yep, that's my cute blue Golf!! Aww, it's so cute!! ;)
View of the Salt Lake Temple from the top of the office building... Awesome!

Lots of pipes! Aren't ya glad you didn't have to talk to everyone that goes to that Sunday service! Huge! How did it go by the way?
The picture that you took and then edited turned out great!
I love that last shot of the temple, plus the one you edited. Super Cool! I have only been there once, for Kilee's wedding and loved it. It is such an amazing set up. It would be so cool to walk the underground tunnels.
Your pictures are awesome. Definately worth framing. It looks like you had such an informative tour. I only was there once...in 1982...it has sure changed since then.
Help!!! My family is so Mormon!!! Ha ha ha... If you can't beat them.. join them right? Beautiful pictures Jessica.
